Referrals & reputation

The cheapest, highest-trust clients you will ever get come from the ones you already have. In a tight niche, reputation travels fast, so use it on purpose.
- Ask at the peak, right after launch or a win: "who else do you know that needs this?"
- Make it easy: "I will take great care of them, like I did you."
- Collect a testimonial and a screenshot of every launch. That is your portfolio now.
- Be referable: do what you said, communicate well, never disappear. Boring reliability is a marketing strategy.
One genuinely happy client in a niche can introduce you to ten more who all know each other. Delight the first ones on purpose.
