Module 3 · Your Offer

Positioning so you are the obvious choice

Lesson 9 of 23 · 5 min read

Your real competition is rarely another agency. It is the prospect doing nothing, or hiring their nephew, or using a template. Positioning is how you make choosing you feel obvious and safe.

The three things to make clear

  • You only do this for their kind of business. Specialists feel safer than generalists.
  • You handle everything. They make one decision and never touch it again. Busy owners pay for "off my plate."
  • There is a real team and process behind you (there is, it is us). You are not a freelancer who might vanish.
You do not need to be the cheapest. You need to be the safest, easiest, most obvious yes for one specific kind of business.

Write one positioning sentence and use it everywhere: "I build and run the websites for [niche] so they get more [customers] without lifting a finger." Put it in your outreach, your calls, your proposals. Repetition is what makes it stick.

This is the part most people skip.

The lessons are free. The delivery is the hard part, and that's ours. When you're ready to put a client's site in front of a real studio, book a call.
