Launch & handoff

Launch is a moment, so use it. A clean handoff turns a satisfied client into a repeat buyer and a referral source.

  • Walk them through the live site on a short call or video. Make it a reveal.
  • Confirm the care plan is active: "you are all set, I am hosting and maintaining it from here."
  • Show them how to request changes (their portal, or just emailing you).
  • Ask one question that opens the next sale: "what else is slowing the business down?"
The launch call is the best moment to attach add-ons and ask for a referral. They are happy, the site looks great, and you delivered exactly what you promised.

This is the part most people skip.
