Module 3 · Your Offer

Pricing: build, care plan, add-ons

Lesson 8 of 23 · 7 min read

You price in three layers, and each one is a separate yes.

Layer 1: the build fee

A one-time fee to design and build the site. Price it to your market, not to your costs. A high-ticket niche pays more for the same work because the site is worth more to them. Your wholesale cost from us is fixed; what you charge on top is your call.

Layer 2: the care plan

A monthly fee for hosting, maintenance, and changes. This is the layer that turns a gig into a business. Never launch a site without one. "I host and look after it for $X a month so you never have to think about it" is an easy yes right after they have just paid for a build.

Layer 3: add-ons

  • Automated content (blog and SEO every month)
  • Funnels, quizzes, and calculators
  • Branding and identity
  • Local SEO, reviews, lead-gen campaigns
Sell the build, attach the care plan, then stack add-ons over time. The same client gets more valuable every quarter without you finding a new one.

A practical rule: your build fee should make the deal worth your effort on its own, and your care plans should cover your life. Once your recurring covers your bills, every new client is pure growth.

This is the part most people skip.

The lessons are free. The delivery is the hard part, and that's ours. When you're ready to put a client's site in front of a real studio, book a call.
